All copyright to all the elements and graphics contained within “Your Pregnancy Journal” are retained by Galia Alena & The Journal Garden. You are licensed to use them only for your own personal use.

What You May Use Them For-

The book is designed for you to create your own special pregnancy journal, creating your own work of art and keepsake. As such:

• You may print copies for yourself and friends, as long as given as gifts and not for profit.
• You may email pages to friends and post segments to your personal non-profit website.
• You may also send back to our site for us to share with our clients (in fact we would love this).
• If you are posting to another website you must give full credit back to The Journal Garden & “My Pregnancy Journal” website (including a link: www.journalgarden.com).

You May Not Use Them For:

• You may not resell the pages in any form as is or altered.
• You may not claim them as your own works.
• You may not use them in any offensive way such as pornographic or prejudicial way.

Unauthorized Use:-

It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material. As such you may not copy or distribute copyrighted files in any way and they are not transferable to another person. Any use other than personal is deemed a breech of contract and is illegal.
